- Domain Lead - Bioinformatics & Biostatistics and Lead scientist - Genomics & Predictive Biology in Life Science and Technology Center, ITC Ltd, corporate Research and Development.
- Got married during 2001, blessed with 3 kids including 1 wife ;-)
Passion
- Professionally ..
- Though I worked in various areas in Biology, my life time career objective is to contribute "little" information to science, that stands for at least 50 years even after my death.
- Personally ..
- Excelling any mission I undertake.
- Believe in what got me hear, won't get me there!
What else I do
- Very badly into photography in last ~17 years. Obtained 2 international and few national recognitions, besides the Photography challenge host in dpreview.com, worlds largest photography review portal. Some of my work can be seen from http://www.dfoto.in
- I am also recognized as web designer (developed more than 45 websites in PHP / PERL), Bionformatician (Numerous modules / pipelines in PERL) and Server side Developer (PHP / PostGres/ MySQL based) and a Shell User in UNIX
- Curious in image formats, layers both in vector and raster formats.
- Curious in computational automations, data mining and visualisations
