Suya Puranam (Personal Info)

• Born in a small Village called Odaippatti (Tirumangalam Taluka, Madurai District) to G.Srinivasagam (School Teacher) and R.Chandra (Home Manager). Family members use to call me 'Vijayan'. Done Primary Schooling in Village upto 5th Std; 6th to 8th Std was in Sennambatty (nearby Village - 3 kms from Odaippatti) Middle School; 9th to 12th Std was done at P.K.N Higher Secondary School, Tirumangalam. (9th and 10th, stayed in School Hostel).
• Due to less marks scored in +2 (998/1200), unable to get any Professional Degree, joined B.Sc.Chemistry in an Arts College at Aruppukottai (Daily up and down from Tirumangalam to Aruppukottai); after two months, a counselling letter came from TNAU then got admission in B.Sc.Horti.(1989).
• During my 11th age (6th Std), I lost my father (Heart Attack); since then we were all under the Guardianship of my Grand Father, S.Ramasamy Reddiar (mother's father). He took as a challenge of bringing us with good schooling and future (I knew how much he struggled to get me a admission in PKN school for 9th Std).
• My first Job after college UG was in Manjushree Plantations Ltd., a Floriculture Company at Hosur (1995 to 2006); this opportunity I got because of my first younger brother S.Sathyaseelan. (his friend's father was working in Manjushree Estates).
• At Present working in Champali Garden Pvt Ltd., another Floriculture Unit in Mumbai (from Oct 2006 onwards).

Mallika Balakrishnan

• 01.01.1997, early morning 00:20 am, my Mother R.Chandra Srinivasagam died in Govt. Hospital, Madurai due to Throat Cancer. I was at Hosur that time (at 3 am I received that shocking message).
• She has come back in my world on 16.06.1999 as Mallika Balakrishnan. I believe defenetly My mother will be inside my brothers' wives also (because she can't be away from us).
• Mallika has done Diploma in Pharmacy (Coimbatore Medical College); at present Managing home (Other than going for work, I do nothing at home - I don't even know how much is Electricity Bill, Phone Bill etc.)
• Mallika done her Primary schooling in Lakshmi Mills (near Palladam); secondary school at Sulur (Coimbatore Dist).

Eyal

S.V.Eyal Sri Chandra

• Born in Archana Clinic, Tirupur on 13.09.2002, Friday evening 6.30 pm.

I reached the clinic on 14.09.2002 early morning 4 am. Mallika was asleep under clinic's green cover; Mother in law took 'Eyal' and gave to me; I was unable/not knowing how to take her; she was very small and soft (Vaa...Vaa...En Devadhaye...).

• I just wanted the suffix 'Sri Chandra' in her name, in the memory of my Parents.

Ennudan...(Brothers)

• Have Two Younger Brothers
  • First, S.Sathyaseelan (Satyan), done B.Pharm, presently working in Coimbatore Isha Yoga Center's Mobile Clinics. Wife Vijayalakshmi working as Nurse in Govt. Children Hospital, Egmore. Have a son, Lokesh Shiva.
  • Second, S.Krishnakumar (Moorthy), done B.Sc.Horti at Periyakulam College, M.Sc. in Soil Science at Killikulam, Ph.D. in Soil Science at Madurai Campus. At present working as RA (Micro Biology), staying in P.N.Pudur with his wife, Nagalakshmi (M.Sc.,M.Phil Maths); recently married on 03.06.2009.

  • My father married his first elder sister's (R.Thummammal) daughter only.
