• 2pm - 2.30pm arrival and settlement
• 2.30pm - 3.30pm Assembly in Lawn
• 4.30pm - 7.00pm - snaks & chat
• 7.30pm - 9.00pm - Dinner
• 9pm - 12 : College Drama / Campfire / DJ

15th Sunday

• 5.30am to 7am - Nature walk in the mountain / Cycling
• 7.30 to 8.30 am - Breakfast / Readiness
• 9 to 11.30 am - Meeting & Future plans and concluding at Hall
• 12 to 1pm Lunch and Check OUT

Learnings

• The next meet should be arranged reasonably less priced with more duration
• The time was too short to execute any Games that were planned / in-mind (including dubsmash; Kesari etc).
• Clear assignment is Job for individuals was lacking in the current meet hence should be taken care in the next meet for seamless execution
• Generate at least *some* funds so that one person need not pay.
