MOM of the Meeting held on 29 OCT 2022

A agenda for the meeting was to find the way out for use of abusive language on Maheshwari / Vasugi by Raguram, concerning group related activities. Post the explanation of historical communication by Raguram by oral / emails to Maheshwari, the collective decisions are as under,

The contribution by Raguram will be returned back to him.
In case of denial of sharing Bank details for returning the amount, his contribution will be "ear-marked" and will not be utilized for any common purpose.
Communication to individuals on the group related issues by Raguram have to be managed by the respective individuals at their own risk.
Hariharan will communicate to Raguram on behalf of group on the current decisions, particularly on use of abusive language and legal implications thereof.
Until the contribution is returned, Raguram will be retained in the other formats (email list / face book).
