  1. Take 10g yeast and add 5g sugar and 20 ml water and keep aside.
  2. Take 1kg fresh black grapes (Bangalore blue is good) , wash it and crush with hand half way.
  3. Add the crushed grapes in a glass jar. Add 250g sugar, prepared yeast.
  4. Add 600 ml water in the mixture of crushed grapes, sugar and yeast.
  5. Mix well and close the jar. Keep in a dark place.
  6. Everyday, take out the jar and mix the contents well . Do this for 21 days.
  7. After 21 says, filter with a clean cloth and discard the debris. Mix another 250g sugar, close the jar and keep for another 21 days.
  8. Take out the jar, collect the clear supernatant (wine) and enjoy.
  9. If you don't want kick, you can use it at first 21 days.
