- Take 10g yeast and add 5g sugar and 20 ml water and keep aside.
- Take 1kg fresh black grapes (Bangalore blue is good) , wash it and crush with hand half way.
- Add the crushed grapes in a glass jar. Add 250g sugar, prepared yeast. Mix well and close the jar. Keep in a dark place.
- Everyday, take out the jar and mix the contents well . Do this for 21 days.
- After 21 says, filter with a clean cloth and discard the debris. Mix another 250g sugar, close the jar and keep for another 21 days.
- Take out the jar, collect the clear supernatant (wine) and enjoy.
- If you don't want kick, you can use it at first 21 days.
